A "hot" slot machine is a term often used informally by gamblers to describe a slot machine that appears to be paying out more frequently or generating larger payouts over a certain period.
Hot slots are basically games that are on a rapid-fire with handling out winnings to players. If a slot is continuing to give away one big win after another, it is considered a hot slot .
