Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.

Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.

Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.

Run ScanDisk and defragment your hard drive to try to repair any bad sectors.
Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. If connected to a Wi-Fi network, switch to your mobile network. Close all other running apps on your device and try again. If you experience issues on an Android device, try clearing the cache data.
